Abdullatif founded Abdullatif Al Hammadi Advocates and Legal Consultants in 2010 and currently serves as one of the company’s Senior Partner. Prior to starting his own legal practice, Abdullatif gained over 10 years of experience working as Attorney at Law where he handled a variety of criminal, civil and commercial cases in the UAE.
An expert negotiator and attorney, he is well renowned amongst the local legal community and has established himself as one of the highly regarded and reputable attorney practicing in the fields of civil law, criminal law, labor law, intellectual property matters, construction law matters and arbitration amongst others.
He also has extensive experience and knowledge of the local jurisdiction in areas of corporate governance and regulatory matters, UAE immigration laws as well as laws guiding construction of both public and private properties in the UAE.
Bahij is a Dubai-based lawyer with over 15 years of international experience in corporate law. His main areas of practice include M&A, private equity, finance and corporate restructurings. He is currently a Senior Partner at Abdullatif Al Hammadi Advocates and Legal Consultants.
In addition to his position, Bahij currently serves as a member of the Corporate Board of companies in Dubai, Kuwait and Canada where he ensures that all their operational plans are regulatory-compliant.
Bahij has successfully settled countless debts, disputes and legal actions in various jurisdictions. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Bahij’ s practice requires him to work in jurisdictions across MENA including the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Southeast Asia and Canada among others.
Bahij recently graduated with a Master’s Degree from Concordia University, Canada.
